Smallville's Eric Johnson to Become a Hero Himself
Remember Whitney Fordman? We vaguely do. It all seems so long ago... But Eric Johnson, the lad who played Lana Lang's main man back in Seasons One and Two, returns to TV this August, this time as a superhero himself. He will play the title role in the Sci Fi Channel's new series, Flash Gordon. (Source)

I'm very looking forward to see Eric Johnson on the small screen again, but I wish he would've stayed a little longer on Smallville to see if he and Clark are going to make nice instead of becoming enemies.
I was shocked when his character (Whitney) was killed in action in the season 2 episode "Visage." It was the last time that we get to see him.
I haven't seen Flash Gordon as a kid, but I'm willing to take a chance to see the new and improved one. Let's hope the show gets the recognition it deserves! Go EJ!

clark needs to move on from Lana and get with chloe, she has always been there for him. lana at the first sight of trouble goes and hooks up with lex, she disgusts me.
