How Will We Miss Veronica Mars? Let Us Count The Ways...

Farewell, Veronica

Veronica Mars comes to an end tomorrow night, and yes, we’re in mourning. Yeah, technically, the network has until June 15 to give Veronica a last-minute reprieve, but by all accounts, our show is dead. We get why it wasn’t renewed – the ratings just weren’t there – but we have to admit, we’ll miss Veronica and the rest of our friends in Neptune something fierce.

How will we miss the show? Let us count the ways:

The actors: Kristen Bell. Jason Dohring. Percy Daggs III. Francis Capra. Tina Majorino. Enrico Colantoni. Michael Muhney. The show gave us an excuse to spend an hour a week with these and other great performers. Whether reintroducing an established actor, like Colantoni, giving an ingénue room to prove herself, like Bell, or introducing a relative unknown to a wider audience, like Dohring, Veronica Mars excelled at bringing great actors and getting great performances out of the people on the screen.

The characters: Veronica was a near-perfect character, which does not in any way mean she was a near-perfect person. On the contrary – she was all kinds of flawed, and that made us love her all the more. And Logan – we admit, the tortured-rich-boy schtick usually makes us yawn, but somehow the way Logan was written and the way Dohring portrayed him grabbed our heart. Even the supporting players – Mac, Weevil, Wallace, Dick – were always well-drawn and real – we could imagine them starring in their own shows just off camera.

Father-daughter dynamics: Keith and Veronica had one of the most realistic, moving parent-child relationship on TV. These two respected each other, loved each other fiercely, but still were real enough to let each other down. Think of Keith’s disappointment at discovering Veronica had manufactured fake IDs, or Veronica’s heartbreak at realizing her dad was having an affair with a married woman. These people were real, which meant they messed up sometimes. But they always loved each other, and that shone through.

The smarts: Veronica was unapologetically brainy – and she expected her friends, colleagues and fans to keep up. You want empowerment? You’ve got it in a tiny blonde chick with a stun-gun, a sharp wit, and enough smarts and guts to run rings around even violent criminals. That’s empowerment.

The mysteries: We have to admit, we’re fans of the season-long mystery arc. Yeah, it made us work, pay attention, but it was worth it. Season one of Veronica Mars, with its who killed Lily Kane arc, may be one of the best seasons of television of all time. But even the stand-alone mysteries were almost always engaging enough to let us sink into the plot to try to tease out clues. Plus, Veronica helped bring noir back, and for that, we’re forever grateful.

The dialogue: Oh, the writing! Veronica, Logan, Mac, Keith, even Lamb all had such amazing lines that made us laugh, gasp or cheer. It was smart, it was funny, and it was real.

The relationships: And we’re not just talking about the boyfriend/girlfriend stuff. Veronica and Wallace had a true bond as best friends. Mac brought just the right balance to her friendship with Veronica. But those romantic relationships? Oh, how they made us swoon. It physically hurt when Logan and Veronica broke up, even though we thought it was the best thing for both of them. And despite that, we cheered when Piz kissed Veronica at the party. And don’t even get us started on Mac’s heartbreak with Cassidy, her starting over with Bronson, and her head-over-heels fall for Max.

What about you? What will you miss most about Veronica Mars? What do you think the show did best? If you could follow one character beyond the last show, who would it be? What do you hope happens in the series finale tomorrow? How will you cope when Veronica goes off the air? Share it all in the comments.

PLEASE DON´T CANCEL!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I´m spanish and I love this TV show. Please don´t cancel

i cant belive ur cancelling the best show EVER i totally loved it..i bought all the seasons!!i actually got depressed, i was almost crying at the end of season 3. and u even told us what happened to veronica and logan or veronica and piz, or who won the sheriff election,im gonna miiss it a lot, i totally loved the characters the actors and everything on the damn show! since the first time i saw it i loved it!

i can't believe the show is being cancelled. i loved the characters the mysteries, the romance everything. i just wish Veronica and Logan Had stayed together. i thought they were really cute. i really like Kristen Bell's acting along with Jason dohring's. And Piz and walluce. I love them all. I HATE the fact that the show is done. Kristen Bell is my faveorite actress, and my bother loves you too.

I can't believe you're taking my FAVORITE show off the air. I think it was the best show ever on CW. Now i have no reason CW..It is so dissapointing........

WHY IS IT BEING CANCELLED?!!

I loved everything about veronica mars. it's a shame to hear the show was canceled! now what am i suppose to do on tuesdays? i will miss veronica, wallace, and logan!

what is going on i cant live with out veronica what will i do on tuesday nights i love this show and ending it is a crying shame its the only reason why i orderd cable since it went to the cw this sucks i will miss this show so much i hope someone else will pick it up so we can continue watching this great show still in shock that this show is ending wish it was the gilmore crap or anyother show but this one it is so my favriote

It is a crying shame the CW wants to get rid of the 21 Century "Nancy Drew" that is more chic that the original and more sassy. I originally started watching the show because of "Enrique Candlotti" (sp?)I new this show had to be good cause I LOOOOOOOOOOOVED "JUST SHOOT ME". I fell in love with the gritty, not too tomboyish tough little girl that is now a young woman in college. She is honest, smart and knows the law even though she is a little "Magnumish" about stepping over the legal partitions. I hope Ch. 13 KCOP Picks the show back up...but if not...this is where we came in...her dad was the sheriff when the show started and now...he is once again on a slippery slope, about to loose it again, but he lives for his daughter.

I'm in denial about the VM cancellation. It has been my favorite show since the first episode and the only show I must watch every Tuesday. My friends and I look forward to it every week, watch it religiously, and then talk about after each episode is aired analyzing each character's motive, the plot, the dialogue, the relationships, etc.

I still believe that we can save VM. I've read many many about the BarsForMars.com site, hundreds of groups on Facebook/MySpace dedicated to saving VM, sold out showings of VM at high schools, people signing petitions, writing letters and postcards, etc. Personally I would love a new season with Veronica still in college. VM has an incredible and dedicated cult following and I still believe there's hope. I need to believe there's hope. Please don't cancel VM!!

i ♥ed this show and i always will, it gave me a reason to like tuesdays, i think there at least should be another season due to the unresolved issues like what will happen between piz and V and what is to become of the dashing Logan and how will parker cope with her loss of her beloved. what is the future of max and Mac and what of the dear true blue friend wallace and the devilsome Weevil, what is to become of those fantastic charicters. please let there be at least one more season, maybe the ratings will increase and stay at the top!!!

I feel that there should be another season just because there are some unresolved issue that need to be addressed. I also feel that you should move the show to the 8 o'clock time slot to get more of the younger viewers. I started watching this show because a friend of mine told me I should check this show out and i did and I have been hooked ever since. I loved the story lines and the cast they are every young and amazing actors.

im gonna miiss veronica mars it was a good show i just got a friend to watch it and she liked it and wants to see more but she wont get a chance. things just started to get really good then they gonna take it away this is very sad and really im gonna do the same things that the other people are doin if ur cancalling vm im cancelling the cw after the season finale of smallville then if and only if you you let vm stay one more season give a chance like i gave this network chance i will watch cw again and its sad because i like this network but like they said its not abc nbc cbs things like that and at this rate it never will be this network is goin to fail because so many people has fell in love with this show and well some Of them aren't even goin to watch the fall line up so when it happens i will be there to laugh and say i told you so

I'm a also a 37 year old woman who doesn't fit the "target" demographic. Veronica Mars is absolutely the best show on television. It gave me hope that the CW could truly be a different kind of network. However, the paltry (and sometimes misleading!) way that VM was advertised by the network meant that it never had a chance.

Taking a tip from a friend of a friend, I rented the DVDs last summer and I was hooked from the first episode. I now own the Seas 1&2 DVDs and I bought the season pass on ITunes as well as tuning in each and every week this season.

I also share the disdain for the CW for taking the side of Lowest-Common-Denominator television. I am truly disappointed; I cannot even look at the fall lineup.

I've officially begun my "I hate the CW" campaign. I'm a 37 year old woman who doesn't fit their "target" demographic so what I'm writing here is probably invisible to them anyway. Veronica Mars is the best show on television. I, like many Buffy & Angel fans, didn't begin watching until I read Joss Whedon's comments on the show. Once I purchased the season one DVD's I was hooked for life. Shame on you CW. I hope you fail miserably in all your future endeavors. Me and MANY of my other "older" "non-nielsen" friends are canceling you!

Why ask for people's opinion if you don't care about it?
If you have cancelled the show what does it matter what we say, is it to show how you care about the fans? well if you cancell the show you don't. And the whole thing has been handled very unprofessional, it's not a daycare you should have showed both viewers and the people working with the show more respect.
Or is this a big ploy to get up interest for VM and then announce that VM is back? Wich would make me thrilled but at the same time very angry, it's thanks to your viewers that you exist, without them you are nothing.

And it's diehard fans that buys DVD's with tv-shows.
As I said without viewers and their money you are nothing. Your company may not go under tomorrow but keep this up and one day you will find noone will bother with you. It's not just about good shows, it's how you treat us costumers, because that is what we are costumers, and if someone doesn't do a good work we turn somewhere else.

The CW has handled VM all wrong since they got their hands on it. It's my favorite show and it bothered me the way the CW seemingly went out of it's way bring down a show that is truely a diamond in the rough. The only real plus side for me is that I don't watch any other CW shows. So now I can take this network off of my favorites list. Basically CW, I am cancelling YOU!

They cancelled it... good, it'll make room for decent shows... wow, now I'm smiling... good day... it's a good day

Why are you canceling the best show you got thats stupid {WHERE ARE YOUR BRAINS}

so VM really got cancelled?

how am i supposed to explain this to my kids? (if i ever have any...)

OMG I can't believe CW is cancelling VM. It is easily the best show on TV right now. The cast, the characters, the dialog - it's all solid, 24-karat gold. And CW's just throwing it away while keeping tired shows like ANTM and the Pussycat Dolls alive? What is wrong with this network? The lower ratings this season were CW's fault, IMO. They poorly marketed it. Besides, it's CW - not ABC, CBS, NBC, or FOX - all the shows have pretty low ratings, let's just be real here. Ug! It's ludicrous to cancel Veronica. CW better change their decision and/or pick up the VM: FBI shwo thingy or I will be even more piz-zed.

I can't believe you're taking my FAVORITE show off the air. I'm with rebecca..might as well delete CW channel now...all the good shows are gone. This show could go to a whole new level with veronica at the FBI! I would watch for sure. PLEASE don't cancel the show!

Can't believe Veronica Mars got cancelled! I guess I have no reason to watch CW anymore. Long live Veronica Mars!

all i can say is: veronica mars was an amazing show, and i am very dissapointed that it wont be on again. and just when it was getting exciting with veronica and piz. i do like them together...the whole show was just great. though i am happy that my other shows (one tree hill, Supernatural) made it to next season, i am going to miss veronica and piz, logan, the whole gang! when i heard it was cancelled, i felt misserable, it was an amazing show, and i hope the CW changes their mind. On their part, it was a really stupid idea to cancel VM, but bye bye.

I am VERY disappointed about VM being cancelled.
CW only had 2 good shows, VM and Gilmore Girls.
I've deleted the CW channel from my tv since there is no longer any reason for me to watch that station.
CW tv execs need to get a clue and re instate VM!

Thanks Dawn Ostroff and the CW for keeping the best show ever around as long as you did and for letting it return to classic form for its final episodes. I don't suppose there's any chance for a last minute reprieve? I don't know how I'll handle not having Veronica, Keith, Logan, Wallace, Mac, Weevil, and Cliff on my TV anymore. And no other show can match VM dialogue and one-liners.

Goodbye and THANX for a unbelievably well written, sharp, witty, sarcastic and intelligent show, to which nothing on television compares and by the looks of the CW new shows, will be touched for years to come.

Now all that is left to do is to watch the CW implode, after countless stupid decisions. How long do they think Smallville can keep them afloat, especially since its going onto its Seventh season, not to mention the fact that they actually thought at one point of not bringing Supernatural back.

They might not care about the loyalty of VM fans and the unequivocal talents of Rob Thomas, "... but holy crap are (they) gonna care when (we) start to get (our) revenge on, (they'll) be doing all sorts of caring" - namely watching their ratings plummet into obscurity.

Just know that in a time when most middle aged uneducated audiences can't wait to engorge themselves in mindless reality television which only serves to promote to average and indulge in the stupid, there were university educated students and astute loyal viewers whom fully appreciated the superiority, sublime and brilliance that is Veronica Mars.

what's wrong with CW??first gilmore girls!!now veronica mars!!man do i hate them!!!those two shows are the best, they're fresh, smart, witty, they're everthing good!!!!
i'm form the Philippines and even i got hooked with this show!!me,my sister, even my parent and brothers watch this show.it's different form the other shows that we have coming from our cable.
The CW says that they're canccelling VM because or low ratings. maybe they oughta give "the audience" time to "discover" this great show.
argh!!!Veronica together with the Gilmores will be missed!!!

Did you guys know that Veronica Mars is really being cancelled because the CW network execs were actually PAID by the producer of another show to keep it on the air?

Do you know which producer and show it was?

I know who paid them, I know how much they paid, I know who got paid, and I know other interesting tidbits as to why the show was cancelled.

Needless to say, ratings weren't the big issue.

Who I tell, what I tell, where I tell, this is the issue. Needless to say those who need to be told, if told, are going to make a big money lawsuit against the CW.

Should be fun.

My whole family is unspeakably disappointed about this! We've been loyal VM fans since the first episode..and watched this "network" way before it fancied itself as such! Wow..has it gone downhill! Maybe that's the problem.. like pearls before swine, the numnuts in charge these days are incapable of appreciating the real value of such shows. It's apparently an accident that they even get on schedule at all, so guess we should be grateful we've even gotten a chance to enjoy them as long as we have. Well, as we've watched, through all the various "morphs" of this so-called network, we now watch it circling the drain..deservedly. (Buh-bye!) We give it one more season. Meanwhile, we can hope that some other network has the sense to pick up VM, if not others that have been undeservedly dumped.

This was the only TV show I watched. I don't enjoy most shows, but I loved Veronica Mars.

Sad to see CW being so stupid. Really, why would you can this show? Well, good luck trying to get anyone to watch your station.

I personally will not, and I'll tell everyone I know to avoid it too. Maybe you'll come to your senses when you see how many loyal viewers you lost by taking this action.

I cant belive it, Veronica has been my show from day one. Me and my wilf watches the show every Tuesday. I dont understand way it is been cancelled. Please some one tell me way it is beening cancelled.

I cannot believe this show is ending. The CW sickens me, and considering what other terrible shows are on the network right now, it is realistic to say that it is likely I will never watch the CW again. Veronica Mars is original, witty, sassy, and the best entertainment out there. It literally breaks my heart that this show is being cancelled. SHAME ON YOU, CW!

SAVE VERONICA MARS!!!!!!

Im pissed. This isnt just my favorite show or the only show i watch on CW, but its the only show i watch period. And now its over..... :( ...i sooo sad. I mean, the most popular shows right now deal with crime solving(CSI, Law and Order, and a bunch mmore) This show is a branch of that popular genre that reaches people of the younger age group...but u still dont have to be yound to enjoy this show. Theres no way that people can watch this show and not like it. We just have to get them to watch it.

Such a lovely show -perfectly cast, beautifully written. Sometimes the good shows die young. *thinks of Arrested Development and sighs*

Honestly this has been my favorite show for the past 2 years! I'm heartbroken that i won't get my Veronica fix. I don't understand what kind of research they do, when they can't see so many people are behind the show!!

Veronica Mars was one of those shows that got me to watch TV again. I heard about it on whedonesque.com as I'm a huge fan of Buffy. I saw one episode this season, and decided to buy Season 1 & 2 on DVD and I was hooked. Season 3, even though some claim the show wasn't as good, still had me hooked.

It's sad to see that people would rather watch some boring drivel about supermodels, rich people, and pussycat dolls than a smart, witty wonderful show with a female lead who is independent, resourceful, and just plain awesome. This show brought me, and possibly others to the CW who will no longer watch.

I hope there's another network out there willing to pick up this marvelous show. If not, hopefully we'll get some kind of closure. Movie? Book? Hacked together YouTube video?

How can the CW keep crap like Smallville and Pussycat Dolls on air and cancel a smart show like Veronica Mars?

I started watching Veronica Mars late into the rape story arc. I so fell in love with it that I immediately got caught up over the course of a week. That's how impressed I was with this show. The dialogue is well written, snappy and entertaining. The characters are relatable, well drawn, and believable.

To see a female lead that is so smart, sassy and empowered is refreshing. Not to mention every part was casted perfectly.

There was a perfect balance of romantic intrigue and mysteries.

And my gawd, a Noir universe that I could actually get on board with, that's rare.

This show is the closest television gets to perfection. I will no longer be watching the CW and I will be taking my spending dollars that advertisers so covet with me unless VM is brought back in it's current form. Not an FBI flash forward.

Seriously CW powers that be, get your collective heads out of your own asses and bring this show back unless you want to be the station that caters to the unwashed who can't follow an intellectual show and love reality tv. Who has more spending money? The ignorant or the intelligent? While I love your graphic look as a station I do not predict you will last long with your current programming.

It's hard to imagine the kind of people who cancelled this show. My only hope for them is that, with all the research they've done (or had done for them) and all the meetings they've attended, with all the data they've considered and the polls they've read, none of these people has actually had the time to watch any of the shows on the CW network.

Because, otherwise, I can't imagine any self-respecting, worthwhile human being deliberately passing over Veronica Mars in favor of the ridiculous, unbearable inanity that currently infests the CW lineup.

But vox populi, vox dei, eehhhhhhhh Mr. Bigwig Network Guy?

I just do not understand. It has become my favorite show. This was the last season for Gilmore and now you have cancelled the only other show I watch on the CW. I know so many others that are disappointed by this. I must say, I did not begin watching Veronica until midseason. Over the holiday break I purchased the first 2 seasons on DVD and watched all 44 ep. in literally 4 days.
Also, no only have I become adicted to this show, but now it has become a family thing. I had my friends and family borrow my DVD's and now my dad, uncle, brother, best friend (and her boyfriend), plus my fiance all watch the program (we all call one another during commercial breaks and text during the show). It just does not make any sense, it has to be doing better than it did last season since it is on the CW. Each week I cannot wait to get off work to come home and watch my Tuesday night programs.
I know I will be missing Veronica once the new season of shows begin. Of course, at least I know I am not the only one upset by the devistation of an incomplete ending (leaving fans wanting more).

You know, Veronica Mars was my favorite show. And the only show on The CW worth watching (I gave up on Smallville after S2 ended because of the abhorrent writing).

Simply because it doesn't appeal to your 12-year-old pre-peubescent little girl demographic like you wanted, you boot it. There is no reason for that. You are a television network and are supposed to cater to many different demographics, yet you continue to peddle reality shows like that Pussycat Doll garbage because it appeals to 'tween girls.

Let me just say, as a 23-year-old man, you now have nothing worth watching.

This show was worth its weight in gold, but you don't care about that. Only your bourgeoise bottom-line. And the only viewers you care about are the ones that own Neilsen boxes.

Cw I tell you, I must have done some really bad things in my life because this is karma to the fullest. First Gilmore Girls and now my reason for being Veronica Mars. I always thought that this station was different it was for the people and didn't care about ratings. I am a loyal fan of Veronica Mars and it must be something extrodinary for persons to take time out to blog and beg literally for you to bring it back. Forget the mainstream, they wouldn't know good television if it bit them. If it's all about money then that's really sad because as a future director and a massive fan of television I can honestly say that Veronica Mars is the best thing ever. I knew it from the first time I saw the ad on upn.I was a big fan of Cw11 until now, yes I probably will watch my other series that have somehow managed to survive but my life will never be the same. Cw11 is no longer my favourite station. Re think Veronica Mars, which other series has more loyal fans. Think about it.

The CW has let go the only thing that elevated it above the gutter. Veronica taught women everywhere to be strong, to be smart, and to prevail. A much better message than to teach girls to gossip and prance and shake their barely-covered pompoms. Veronica, you will be missed.

I have already sent an email complaining about the cancellation of VM. My household watched this show. It would be wonderful if the show was brought back because frankly all the other shows on CW11 have been done before(and better). This was the best show on this channel. If this is a basis for the other shows that will be present on this channel next season, we will not be watching CW11.

i can not take this anymore. veronica mars, is the smartest show on tv. FIRST GILMORE GIRLS, NOW VERONICA MARS?! are you kidding me?!?!?! this network is going to loose all viewers the rate their going. one tree hill and americas next top model are all they have left.

Veronica Mars is fantastic,I love the serie. Please, a 4 season!

NOOO!!!

this is RIDICULOUS!

I CANT BELIEVE THIS!

how can they cancel a show like THIS?!
first its gilmore girls, now its VM?!?!

WTH?!?!?!

i dont know how im going to go on .. they better release this season ASAP on dvd, just so i can rewatch seasons 1, 2, and 3 repeatedly!

i know im going to cry when i watch the finale tonite. this is the worse news ever!

THANKS FOR RUINING MY WEEK, THE CW!!!!!

I am soooo MAD...V Mars, was one of the few things I sat down in front of the TV to watch. Gossip Girl is replacing it !!?? (I read those books, its like a younger version of Sex and the City with a dash of the O.C. thrown in!!)I think I'm switching networks, at least ABC has Ugly Betty (although not half as witty as V Mars...with slightly moronic romantic subplots!!)

I have been so disgusted the past few days. I cannot believe they actually canceled the show. I still think I'm in denial. I will miss the music, the smart comebacks, the uncomfortable pauses , all of it. But most of all I will miss the Veronica/Logan angst. I think I need to go cry now.

*Sigh* so good.. I'll miss VM for all the above mentioned reasons. That and smart television just isn't common anymore. It's mundane and doesn't alow the viewer to participate like VM did. I cringe to think of life without Kristen Bell and Jason Dohring bringing the angst. I even miss Teddy with his goofiness and misunderstood richboyness that he gave Duncan. *sigh*

Veronica Mars is my favorite show-up until this season. Ever since it moved to CW, the show has lost some appeal. I have both seasons of Veronica Mars, and I watched them religiously. However, despite my love for the show, I have to admit, it has gone downhill with the mysteries, the relationships, and whatnot. Now, I need to find another show to fill my time on Tuesday nights. Rob Thomas, what happened???

I really enjoy smart television. I like shows that make you think and keep you on your toes. I like to be truly entertained. "Veronica Mars" did all of those things and having a smart female lead was just icing on the cake.
It was extremely well written, believable. There was nothing else like it on TV and I will sincerely miss the show. I am sure everyone associated with the show will do well with whatever future endevors they attempt.

I am disgusted by the fact that shows like the Search for the Next Pussycat Doll garnered more viewers than VM. This goes to prove that quality tv is just not appreciated anymore and will prob. soon be a thing of the past; replaced by such brain-dead, stereotypic teenie-bopper shows like OTH and Gossip Girl. CW, you would be dead to me were it not for Supernatural!

I really don't get how people don't appreciate a show that is so full of great characters, great lines, great actors... etc.

I don't even live in the US so I have to wait so much longer for the new episodes and when I read about the end of the show I was so disappointed.

I hope that the CW realize that is only up to them to don't miss the chance to had such a great show, cause even when VM is not the show with more fans, it's the show with the most dedicated ones.

What can we do together to get Veronica Mars back? In her original form? I am typically not a TV watcher but I cried when I heard Veronica Mars was cancelled.

Her numbers were low because of low exposure on a lesser-known network, not because of the quality of the shows. CW mistakenly messed with the style of the plots, to its detriment. It was a smart, captivating show from the start. Veronica is a strong role model for women, who uses her brains and resourcefulness to get ahead. THIS IS UNHEARD OF in popular dramas. Can we expect the same thing from The Gossip Girls -- Veronica's replacement in the lineup next season? (No)!

Do you know that there are 297 groups on Facebook alone - each with hundreds of young men & women - pulling for VMars?

Let's help BRING HER BACK!

(Seasons 1 and 2 on DVD help me - and my family -get through the day!)

I just started watching VM this season. I LOVED it so much that I went out and bought the other two seasons and watched them. I don't know what I'm going to do without Gilmore Girls and Veronica Mars. They were my favorite shows.
All the actors/actresses did great with the characters and the dialogue on VM. I wish that the show would stay on air longer, so that I could see them evolve more.
Whatever shows are going to replace the ones that have ended, won't go very far. Veronica Mars made
CW worth watching every Tuesday night. Without the show I won't look forward to Tuesdays anymore.

I cant believe that they are really gonna cancel veronica mars and it sucks cause i always look forward to tuesday nigth and i think that if the show had more advertising and more romantic conflict and a little less murders this show could have more ratings but i doubt anyone is even fighting for this show and i will miss veronica, keith, logan, piz and the love of my life Wallace. But i guess thats all we can do is say goodbye

Daphne -- Tragically, we here at the blog don't get to make programming decisions, so we're just as sad as you are to see the show go. We wanted to pay tribute to Veronica Mars because we love it and will miss it just as much as you will.

Okay, what is up with this?

Veronica Mars is my favorite show ever.

There is nothing bad about it at all. It captures your entire attention from beginning to end.

WHY IS IT BEING CANCELLED?!!

it is CW's best show.
It's being replaced by othee shows that are not as good.
Veronica Mars is one of the best shows.
According to a ranking site, it is 8th best out of 100.

I will miss finally have a Strong Female character that does not whip out and play girlie (unless she has the bad guys in her cross hairs) and she really does rein as queen of girl powered television!

How dare the CW claim that they will miss VM when they cancelled it!?!

Without a doubt I am going to miss Kristen Bell. I am a guy who does not go for the thin blonde look but Bell is absolutely beautiful and a great actress. She carries herself well on screen and knows how to convey her feelings to the audience. I would love to see her on another show and would watch anything this woman decides to do in her future.

Veronica and Wallace's relationship was great and throughout the three seasons it was nice to see them grow closer as friends. I grew tired of the LoVe relationship but I will admit it did add to the show and kept me wondering what would happen next between the two. In the end I hope the series finale tomorrow night ends the way a finale should. These actors/actresses did a great job throughout the three seasons this show aired and I hope they are commended the way they should be when it's all said and done.

With that being said the CW has made some terrible choices with respect to new shows and axing Miss Mars is not going to help as shows like the Reaper will not garner any higher ratings. The CW has no future and now that they have cut VM I could care less with what happens to the network. I hope many other fans feel the same way because Veroncia Mars will always be one of the better shows that the CW had.
