Supernatural: Spreading The Gospel of Mullet Rock, Plus News About the Deal
Mediavillage has a couple of great interviews with the folks behind Supernatural from Comic Con (Yeah, we know, we’re late to the party with these, but they’re still fun.)
Our favorite part? Eric Kripke admitting that this show is all about spreading his love for mullet rock among the masses: “One of the best pleasures I've had with this show is when I'm online checking out the blogs and there's this 14-year-old kid who says, 'What is this band, Foreigner and this song, Hot Blooded? I really liked it and I went out and bought the greatest hits of Foreigner' and I'm like, ah, I'm doing God's work! I'm introducing people to Foreigner; now if I can get people on board with Triumph! Spreading that sick obsession of mine has been very very gratifying."
Rock on, Kripke!
Plus, writer Sera Gamble promises that we’re not going to see a speedy resolution to Dean’s deal with the demon: "It's difficult to impossible to get out of that deal and they're being craftier than ever," says Sera, "and I can tell you, we're not going to let them off easily."
We think it sounds great! What about you?

GENNR8OR:
I'm pretty sure the song you're talking about is "Back on the Road Again" by REO Speedwagon.

Personally, I don't like reading spoilers.
I am sure "Chantel" you were probably trying to do something nice, but next time keep it to yourself or type it on a spoiler page!

I really didn't need to know the names or plots, I want to be surprised.:(

Oh, Kripke, we owe you so much. You give us an awesome show, awesome characters, an awesome car, AND awesome music...what else could fans ask for?
Also, real quick thanks to Mousista for not posting the actual spoilers. I've been really anti-spoiler since I was spoiled MAJORLY for the season 2 premier (someone posted without any warnings that Dean would fall into a coma and John would make a deal with YED to save him), and I really appreciate it when people go out of their way to make sure they don't spoil others. Thanks so much! =]

Chantel, by listing the titles (and then the potential plots) you spoiled people who may not want to be spoiled at all and that was very unfair of you.
And not to burst your bubble, but the info about the episode titles & details was posted by the spoiler-freaks quite a while ago on the Season Three Spoiler Info thread over on the CW Message Boards. Visit by clicking here:

We also have the titles and happenings for episode #4 and #5, and a HUGE twist happens in #5 with a character we knew we would be seeing again this season. There is also a very interesting implication concerning half of Rubela that can put concerned fans somewhat at ease. If you like spoilers, then visit page 1 of that thread to get all the details, but I won't state any details here out of respect to those who wish to remain spoiler-free. :))

What's up with people posting spoilers in comments? That kind of ruins it for people who don't want to know until the week of the epsidoe. Also, Sin City isn't the third episode. It's the fourth.

I love the music on Supernatural. Most of it, are songs I used to listen to and love, but for some reason, hadn't listened to in years.
The music choices really fit nicely with the show.
It should be interesting to see how Dean gets out of his deal.

I love the music on Supernatural. Kripke has great taste in music. I'd have to agree that the music is as much a part of SPN as Sam, Dean and the Impala.
I'm looking forward to seeing how the boys resolve Dean's deal with the demon.

It'll be 'great' if getting Dean out of the deal centers on the Winchester brothers and is not an excuse to drag in Rubella! Still not liking the idea of gratuitous chicks getting all over my show at all.

yeah, old news for us spoiler-freaks... but it's nice to have both items in one place, and to read them again. Plus we get a nice pic to look at too!! **wink-wink** :)))
Thank you!!

Hey thanks for the shout out to my interviews!
Have to say that Kripke just lit up when he started to talk about the music. It was obviously a real passion and just great to witness close up!
He's given the music a lot of thought and I couldn't believe when he said he "hoped" it enhanced the show.
I say that next to the Impala, the rock soundtrack is the fourth main character in Supernatural because there are times when it takes on a life of its own (Carry on My Wayward Son, anyone?)
