Sam Witwer, who's playing Davis Bloom (aka Doomsday) this fall on Smallville, talked with Jason C. about his character's transition from normal to Doomsday, whether or not he'll find romance with Chloe, and how much Doomsday differs from the comic book version. Check it out!

Suddenly, I'm looking forward to Smallville again. I'm still dubious about them using Doomsday, but Sam seems like a really intelligent actor who's considering all the angles. Plus, he's fun to look at!

I think Sam as Davis Bloome aka Doomsday could be very interesting. I can't wait to see his scenes with Chloe and what kind of dynamic they have together. I say hook her up with Doomie for a while(if not Clark,lol) anyone's better than Jimmy.
