First off, Haley did look so much like that girl from Girlicious (if she went back to having darker hair.) But I thought it was horrible because one, her hair wasn't like that at all in the last scene we saw her, and two I have a grave distaste for bangs on anyone.
Second, about the weight thing, what has always bothered me about the show was that they always called Brooke fat. Since they brought in Rachel, poof! Brooke was fat now. And even before that she would make comments about her being fatter than Peyton. That always bugged me. If they are trying soooo hard to send a message out that you don't have to be a Size 0 (both Clothes over Bros and the show in general over the years), then they need to stop with the subliminal "Brooke is fat" stuff.
And my final thing I have to say is Quinn. You guys hit it on the head when she was just listing generic things as to why she doesn't want to be with him. It comes off like they were too lazy to figure out a good reason. And what REALLY REALLY REALLY bugged me was when David said to Haley that he wasn't going anywhere. It was so Haley circa Season 3 when she kept trying to convince Nathan that he could trust her and take her back. Only now it was said without any reasoning behind it and the argument was weak.
Such a terrible story overall. I am fairly shocked that they are even doing this right now and making the audience suffer through it.
I am not looking forward to tonight at all. Don't want to see this turn into badness for Haley. Don't want to see her arrested again. This whole thing is just going down an even worse path than it was originally.

At this point, the good news is that I like all of the new characters added this season; they are all entertaining, and I'm at least a little interested in their stories.
The bad news is, I am sick to death of all of the returning cast members except Dan, Rachel, and Brooke. I can't stand the Naley story, it feels like the same thing they've been doing since season 2.

I totally agree with you guys about Quinn. I've tried to stay positive about the new characters and really give them a chance. Clay, I love, because he's interesting, funny, and of course, hot. Quinn? She's just whiny. Even Haley sees that! You can tell in almost every scene that Joy's holding back from just screaming out, 'Get over yourself you childish idiot!' I'm still trying to keep the faith and hope that there's something else, anything else, some tangible reason. Even if it's that David is an alcoholic and doesn't remember being abusive to Quinn, or Quinn cheated on him and can't bring herself to confess. ANYTHING. Anything but whiny Ms James. (haha, sorry, had to rant about that)
Meh, Miranda I don't really care about, and I agree with you guys about having no clue why she's even there.
Love Alex and Victoria, both separately and together, but I'm very suspicious of Alex's motives as far as being nice to Millie - and I'm interested to see what toll it takes on Mouth and Millie's relationship. Haha, love your plans for Mouth's career (how does a sports blog make him money?)
Haley was ambushed!! Grr, I hate that stupid Renee chick. I'm curious to see what happens next with that, but I really want to Nathan and Haley to communicate a bit more about the whole situation, rather than just him apologising (and not very well) and her brushing it off. Judging by the promo, I'm hoping that will start happening next ep.
Thanks for the podcast, guys - entertaining as always :o)

What really bugs me is that Naley is all about concern over jamie. Nathan had a better conversation about the whole story with his son rather than his wife! All he said to her is sorry! There is a serious lack of comunication between them. I still don't understand why nathan didn't have a press conference before all the tabloids saying he is being blackmailed or something like this and that would have stopped Renee from selling the story.
About Mouth, nathan told him that if the story will come out, he has to do what he has to do.
They said that Chase is Tric manager now, so a few more info of how bussiness is functioning without Lucas or karen.
